如果買一間價值一百萬的樓, 想一次過俾哂錢. 請問實際上要預多少錢才夠呢? (有什麼額外費用, 應如何計算)?

之後除管理費外,每個月,每一年又有什麼額外費用要支付呢? (這些費用又應如何計算)?

請盡量詳盡一點. 謝謝指點!!

2. property agency fee $10,000
3. lawyer fee $7,000
4. costs of the falt $1,000,000
5. decoration of the flat $150,000

After you purchases the flat, you have to pay:
1. Management fee
2. electricity deposit
3. gas deposit
4 telephone charges

Your budget would be around $2,000-$3,000 per month for these charges

唔計樓價100萬, 裝修費同傢俬(因為每個人唔同)! 律師費大慨7000, 地產佣金, 水電煤氣費按金, 加埋約3-4萬到啦! 每月開支咪水電煤等費用law, 幾個月既單平均數就知每月開支大約幾多! 例如夏天同冬天要開冷氣同暖爐,電費相對貴D
