手續: First, you will need to start looking for a particular province and school district that you want to go to.
Then, once you've selected a school, proceed to apply for a student visa(study permit) at the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/hongkong/immigration/p115223-en.asp
Once approved, then you can go to the school you want to study and apply for admission.
