我用意[Planning]係Management skills 其中一点.與管理學中的Organizing,Leading and Controlling用等重要.

Planning is a process that involves defining goals,establishing an overall startegy for achieving those goals and developing a comprehensive set of plans to integrate and coordinate organizational work.

A manager always involve goals setting,and need to establishing strategies to achieve those goals,however developing a set of plans to integrate and coordinate activities seem pretty complicated,therefore manager need a well planning to minimize things goes wrong in order to achieve it.

Planning is the primary management function because it establishes the basis for all the other function that manger perform.Without planning,manager wouldn't know what to organize,lead or control.

Planning encompasses defining the organisation's objectives or goals,establishing an overall atrategy for acheving those goals,and developing a comprehensive hierarchy of plans to integrate and co-ordinate activities.

Planning establishes coordinated effort.It gives direction to managers and non-managers to understand where the organisation is going nad what they need to contribute to reach the objectives.therefore,co-operartion and teamwork are fostered.

Planning is precisely what is needed when managing a chaotic environment and also reduces waste and redundancy.Planning also establishes objectives or standards that facilicate control and enables to take correct action

planning is not a proper term for it.

it's called Management.

management includes planning - think of an idea.
and put the idea into action.
