有一次煮豆腐越食越多水出,可以點煮先唔出水

就係你煮之前先飛水(用滾水先煮一次豆腐)一次,咁就可以無咁多咁多水架啦^^

You can either deep fry or boil the tofu (bean curd) before preparing the dish, if you will be making deep fry tofu with chili & garlic, you will have to deep fry the tofu twice to keep it crispy much longer.
