"To XXXX someone XXXX (or dry)" means to take everything they've got (or if you do it to yourself, to give everything you have).
To arrive at "a point of XXXX returns" means that it's not worth going any further.
"To XXXX to the chase" means "to get to the point".

更新1:

The boss says that "remuneration is based on XXXX "; this means that he thinks people are (and should be) paid according to the quality of their work.

更新2:

"To make XXXX of" something means not to take it seriously (for example, you might have a "sardonic grin" when someone tells you about his problems).

I think you're trying to write these 3 expressions:
1. to milk someone dry = meaning that you get from somebody all the money, help, information, etc., they have. (中文：把某人/事物榨乾/ 掏盡/利用至盡)
2. A point of diminishing returns. In economics, it is used to describe a supposed point at which additional effort or investment in a given endeavor will not yield correspondingly increasing results. (经济学：收益递减规律 / 收益递减点）
3. To cut the case = meaning "get to the point" (有话直说）
