綠茶蛋糕
1. 蛋白 8個
2. 黃砂糖 100克
3. 蛋黃 8個
4. 無鹽奶油 100克
5. 低麵 150克
6. 綠茶粉 30克(可變化口味材料)
7. 溫水 150cc
烤箱要先預熱 10 分鐘
8. 紅豆沙餡 適量(可變化口味材料)


作法:
A.先將1~2打發至乾性發泡
B.再把3~4混合均勻打發
C.再把6~7混合均勻
D.再把1~7結合混合均勻放入平盤裡(在6的部份當在選擇其他顏色較淺的粉類口味時黃砂糖要換成白砂糖)
E.再以火溫 150 度 烤 30 分鐘
F.再把8抹在烤好的蛋糕上並包捲起來冷藏10分鐘再切片即可

Green Tea Cake
1. Egg White from 8 eggs
2. Brown Sugar 100g
3. Egg york from 8 eggs
4. Unsalted cream / butter 100g
5. Flour 150g
6. Green Tea Powder 30g (can choose your flaours)
7. Warm Water 150cc
Preheat your oven for 10minutes
8. Cooked red bean paste (can choose your flaours)

Methods:
A. Firstly, blend 1 ~ 2 together until to foam like
B. then add 3 ~ 4 and blend together
C. add 6 ~ 7 next and mix
D. after 1 - 7 were mixed, put the paste on a flat tray (when using a light colour flaours powder, use White Sugar instead)
E. Then put it into oven to bake for 30 minutes at 150oC
F. then make a layer on top with 8 (red bean paste) and roll it up, then it can be sliced for serve after chilled at refrigerator for 10 minutes

2. Yellow sugar 100 gram
3. 8 egg yolk
4. Have no salt butter 100 gram
5. Low noodles 150 gram
6. Green tea powder 30 gram(I am variable to turn taste material)
7. Water of 150 ccs
The oven wants to prepare first for hot 10 minutes
8. Red bean sand the farcing is just the right amount of(I am variable to turn taste material)


Method:
A.Deliver 1~2 dozenses first to the dry to deliver a bubble
B.Again 3~4 the hybrid even dozen deliver
C.Again 6~7 mix even
D.Again 1~7 combine mixture even put into even dish(at 6 parts be is choosing other colors more shallow powder tastes the yellow sugar want to change refined cane sugar)
E.Roast by fire 150 degrees again for 30 minutes
F.Again 8 put on in roasting good cake and wrap to roll up to refrigerate for 10 minutes then slice then
