香港人無論拎特區護照或bno都係唔需要簽證都可停留三個月, 你過境時根本無人會留難你,我初時過黎都係未做學生簽證, 我都係一路讀日文一路再搞留學簽證, 到差唔多夠三個月時先拎到個學生簽證, 咁所以入境問題係無需要擔心

有關保險問題答你暫時未有此種保險，現時去日本不用簽證，其實很方面及應該不會不給你入境的，可以放心去玩見識一下，如需要旅遊保可以電郵給我，希望幫到你

If you are holding a HKSAR passport then you don't need to get a 3 months visa because you already have the right to stay there for 3 months. Airlines can sell the ticket within 1 year (they usually ask you to state the return date but this could be changed free of charge, just call the airline). Japan immigration will not check your airtickets, accordingly, you don't have to explain to them unless you will stay for more than 3 months then you may need to apply a visa.
