租屋合約問題

放心,合約是兩年約,一年生約,一年死約,視乎你的合約內有沒有寫上
生約期內(雙方有權提早一個月通知解除租約).
如沒寫上權利歸誰的話,雙方就要完成兩年合約.

It depends on the terms on the contract between you and the landlord.

But in gerenal, in the second year, usually 1 month notice in advance to tenant is ok.

如果是一年生約, 一年死約, 業主有權收番間屋. 始終間屋業主的, 你可以叫佢寬限多2,3個月比你搵屋.
