我想問知之前我部機壞左,我叫人黎整,整完之後,佢幫我安裝左個叫avast嘅程式,整完之後佢就話部機無得出聲,佢話要還原碟先有返聲,部機無還原碟嫁,問題:
1)我應該叫返個公司令返還原碟?
2)如果五還完,係咪要買返張音效卡?
3)佢(維修人員)可能令左我d野
4)就算還原左,部機仲有無得出聲??

朋友：照我所知，部分廠機是不供給還原光碟的，要自己
買燒錄光碟從你電腦中的軟件自己燒錄的，你應該買了
電腦後即時燒錄妥當。

first, you can go to thier website (www.hp.com) to download the sound card driver and install it, it will be solved the problem mostly.
if not, your sound card may be dead jor, replace it.
