BVI is a "tax haven" and not tax avoidance. Generally, it is a low tax rate country and without withholding tax system as well. The corporation set up or register that BVI company just for a part of tax planning and management purpose.
Why the BVI not a tax avoidance? It is because the Inland Revenue Department also an expert who know the company's benefit from setting up oversea company. Therefore, IRD should be set up some "Tax anti-avoidance rules" for the purpose of avoidance any taxpayer evasion their tax liabilities, tax payable, tax responsibility as well as tax obligation.
For the above reason, setting up BVI should not grant any benefit or advantage when taxpayer has intention to tax avoidance.
