since we do not have any information, please help to confirm the following:

- will we receive the maintenance fee? If so, we'll need further information for our monthly statement.
- during the maintenance, were any materials consumed? If so, from which branch? We are required to check with other branches.

Since we need to include the above information on company's inventory list and report, please record and notify us in the future.

The another goods are taken delivery of goods by that branch, because we need and other branch logarithmses, also have is fix goods have already denied an usage material,
