A straight conductor 6cm long is moved with constant velocity at right angles both to its length and to a uniform magnetic field. The flux density of the field is 0.5T and the velocity is 10m/s. If the conductor forms part of a closed circuit of total resistance 5 ohms,calculate:
(a)the emf induced in the conductor.
(b)the current induced in the conductor.
(c)the force on the conductor.

how to do that,thx

A straight conductor 6cm long is moved with constant velocity at right angles both to its length and to a uniform magnetic field. The flux density of the field is 0.5T and the velocity is 10m/s. If the conductor forms part of a closed circuit of total resistance 5 ohms,calculate:
(a)the emf induced in the conductor.
E = v LB
= 10 x 0.06 x 0.5
= 0.3v
(b)the current induced in the conductor.
I = E / R
= 0.3 / 5
= 0.06A
(c)the force on the conductor.
F = I L B
= 0.06 x 0.06 x 0.5
= 0.0018N
