Our body have about 70% of water,
the water will lose by sweating(we are sweating everytime),
if we don't drink water, after a few days, we will lack of water,
so we will die after a few days without water.
also water is important in maintainning our body temperature,
water will absorb energy form our body to lower our body temperature
We can't live without water!
If we do not have food to eat, we will not die very soon,
but if we do not have water to drink , we will die very soon.
So, water is very important on our daily lives.
