如果L/C port of loading 寫 "any seaport in China".

It depends on how where the goods are manufactured. It is a normal practice that goods are usually loaded at the port of loading or near the post of manufacturing. This usually the case to avoid goods being damanged during transportation before it is load to vessel. The L/C now stated any seaport in China, in a broad sense, it may include Hong Kong. In practice, it may refer to sea ports in Mainland. So, to avoid misunderstanding or disputes, it may be helpful if you could ask your buyer to explain further or to give a further interpretation as this is not a very big issue.
