I have asked Joyce the status of the following items:

1) She will send the draft for backdrop and sticker to us on or before 3:00pm
2) The distance btw stage and press stage is around 18 feet
3) We will received the draft for Emcee script and Sketches for SF environment on or before 6:00pm

notes:

I think that using "past perfect tense" is better than "past tense" because "past perfect tense" represents that you have finished the action and also got back some information.

18" = 18 feet - use word to replace the signal because it will make more clear and prevent to have any misunderstand.

I don't think there are no mistakes in your sentences . You will have a chance to ....?
