I have a room which I always for rent to friends or classmates. There is a classmates which want to rent my room, but I don't know her a lot, probably we talk for only 3 days. In this summer, I am going to travel, but the classmates want to rent the room start at July, so do you think I should rent to her? Or not rent to her? Trust her won't burn my house or use my stuff? Should I rent or not.

If you don't have much confidence on her, don't lease to her.If you want to lease to her, ask your mother or family members to come and have a surprise check everyday at different time.
