港人在港工作，但長居大陸深圳，請問會否牽涉稅務問題呢?

你的工資是出自香港公司, 所以你要交香港稅款
但長居大陸深圳, 因此你也需要繳交中國大陸稅款
所以你報稅時要申請扣減中國大陸稅款

The place, where you are living, willl not affect the assessability of your chargable income for HK Salaries tax.

If your employer is located in Hong Kong and your salary income is in Hong Kong. You should pay the Hong Kong Salary tax.

我朋友香港工公司係香港但工作性質要長居澳門..所以不用交香港費..你情況可能一樣..!
