country in the third world

There are two main reasons:
1) People in thrid world lack of eductaion, they dont know the problem of high birth rate and lack of knowledge how to lower the birth rate.
2) There are not sufficiet resources for people in 3rd world to lower brith rate. e.g. Lack of money to buy comdom or medicine.
