我有以下問題請各位幫忙.謝
公司出左Invoice給外國公司(B公司). 要我email給B公司, 告之對方我公司今日已將正本Invoice及提單郵寄B公司, 並且在Email中attach副本Invoice及提單給對方.
想問成份內容的英文信應點寫? 除了講以上內容通常還需要講其它什麼嗎?

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FULL SET OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS COVERING THE RECENT SEASHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SPEEDPOST( OR FEDEX, UPS, DHL...ETC ) TO YOU ON ( 日期) WHICH SHOULD REACH YOU WITHIN SHORT. HOPE THE GOODS WILL REACH YOU IN PERFECT CONDITION SOON.
