甚麼是「抗辯理由」?

抗辯理由
It actually means arguments advanced by the defence lawyer
Sometimes, arguments are really important when its to justify some actions

For example - apparently, murder is illegal
Argument which the Defence councel will advanace is - Self-defence

In this case, what is illegal can be justified.
