Let diagonals be x and x+4
(x/2)^2+[(x+4)/2]^2=10^2
(x^2)/4+(x/2+2)^2=100
x^2/2+2x+4=100
x^2+4x-192=0
x=12 or -16(rejected)
Area required:
2(1/2)(12)(12+4)/2
=96
(x/2)^2+[(x+4)/2]^2=10^2
(x^2)/4+(x/2+2)^2=100
x^2/2+2x+4=100
x^2+4x-192=0
x=12 or -16(rejected)
