grammatically, 可加had 於have同10-20 years 之間, 樓上講左....

先回應上面：experience指經驗時係 uncountable noun，指經歷時先係 countable，所以呢度唔會加 s。另外因為以 more detail 開頭，估計上文都有提及呢ｄartists，故 artists 前的 "the" 不用刪。
