轉工煩惱一問……

I think you better change the job la, becasue the market is better the before, and the working environment will be update after you work at other company. Although, future is managed by your hand, if you think you can, then go ahead and find a good job or your interested field to do, to learn and to participate when you're so young~

It is real that work with a friendly group of peers and boss, but how did you know your new job will or will not have a good working environment as this company too? Did you want to lock yourself inside a steady company from now until 60??? Also, your knowledge won't increase yet~

I think you after Gradurate, should have something want to try, want to have a good salary, want to have an achievement on job. so, let's start to write the resume la~
