本人覺得貴公司既員工質素非常有問題,希望貴公司能作出改善和交待.數日前,經友人介紹下所以到貴公司購物.由於本人對產品完全不熟識,所以便多問關於產品的功效.但那店員態度很不耐煩,而且言談間感覺輕視本人.最後本人都沒有購買,因為覺得不被專重.可能那一天本人衣著不夠光鮮,所以被無禮對待.本人向友人投訴,友人說貴公司服務一向不錯,可能只是個別員工出現問題.所以本人希望貴公司重視此問題,避免日後會因個別員工問題而得失客人.

I complained to my friend, but he said that your services used to be nice normally. It maybe just individually case only. That’s why I hope your company should attach more important to this case so as to stop descending service quality of your company.

I am very disappointed with the quality of service from your staffs. After you read this email, I hope there will be improvements and a confession by your company. A few days ago, my friend introduced me to shop at your store. Since I was unsure about certain products in the store, I approached one of your staff members for help. Your staff was very impatient and disrespectful. Afterwards, I decided not to buy the item, because I felt disrespected. I understand that I was not dressed formally, but I should not be disrespected because of that. I mentioned this to my friend, he said the quality of service of your company used to be very good. I am suspecting this is only caused by individual staffs. So I decided to bring this matter to your attention and I hope if I visit your store again, there would be improvements in the service quality.
