100BaseTX - Ethernet over Twisted Pair Media
100BaseFX - Ethernet over Fiber Media
Basicaly, "FX" means Fiber Media. However, there are few fiber standards in the Cisco world, like SX - short wave length, LX - long wave length......etc.
The main different for these standards is two things bandwidth and distance.
