help to correct my mistake

I've posted a small parcal to you via Fedex this Friday, you will receive it on or before next Monday (US local time 21st of May). Below are the parcel's content:

1) A cheque that pays to "AE Bank". Please sign and send it back to the HK office.
2) A renewal insurance policy for the UK (department???). Please issue a cheque and send it back to the HK office or the UK insurance company. Please note, I've marked their address in yellow on the attached documents.
