我下個星期去酒店見call centre呀﹐我好擔心﹐以下有幾條問題,希望各位可以幫下我啦

1: 酒店既call centre 平時做d咩架﹐( 可以詳細d)
2: 去酒店見工要準備d咩架
3: 面試應該要做d咩,可以令自己大機會d
4: 同埋有d咩優勝既條件架

1. Main Duties of Call Centre
- answer the call enquiries from external and internal customers
- operate the hotel phone switch broad (transfer calls to different departments or outlets)
- handle the morning calls

2. Preparation for interview
- proper appearance and grooming ( must dress suit in black and white!)
- bring your resume, photos, academic results, certificates and work evidence

3. Interview
- prepare self introduction in english and mandarin
- prepare the following questions:
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why do you want to be call centre agent?
- What do you know about our hotel?
- What is your career path?
- Tell me your difficult time in previous work experience

4. Others
- Must read the website of hotel in details (e.g. history, further expansion, and hotel amenities)
- Prepare a situation you handle conflict or complaints (becasue call center agent often face complaints)
- Prepare two questions which can inspire your interviewer (Never ask about benifits and salary !)
- Always keep a positive attitude (Hotel look for people are customer-oriented)
e.g, you should emphasize you are a hard-working people and you can work under pressure. You are pleased to take challenges...

Remember to SMILE during the whole interview!!It is really very important as hotelier likes people to smile and welcome guests.
