Can I get money from ATM machine in Malaysia if have HSBC ATM card? Is yes, is it only get in HSBC bank? And is the password the same as used in HK? Urgent.

Message from HSBC costomer service in Malaysia.(I calling).Yes,u can get money from ATM in malaysia.(it will go out malaysia dollar RM)
U can get from all HSBC and all ATM machine have this logo(PLUS).
the password same in HK.
