(1) hands shoulder width apart,
(2) starting with "down position"
(3) use toes / knees as the pivotal point, legs together, lower leg place on mat if using knees as pivotal point
(4) back straight, head up, abdomen strong
(5) raise body by straightening the elbows and return to "down poistion", until chin touches the mat. the stomach should not touch the mat
