weakeness:
-decrease in market share 生意無咁好
-a very localised restaurant and minimal international extension/ linkage-----thus limit in their development
-highly rely on other stakeholders n supply chain , cannot work on its own (因自己集團無食品加工，菜園 / cutlery suppliers) etc.......so their business highly influence by others factors.
- difficult to keep the quality amongst different branches


Opportunity: Constant demand of fast food provider in Hk
-Economic prosperity-----more people would like to dine outside
- providing delicious and economic meals


Threats:
- rental increase trend recently
-Numerous Direct competitors
-pressure from the poisosing of food imported from china (毒菜毒牛) -----might increase the cost in purchasing higher quality of food
-the prohibitations of smoking in restauarant might prevent smokers to dine out
