I don't know how serious you are about finding out these things - or if you are just doing this to prepare for an exams, because all these take quite a bit of reading and research. The most concise way to learn about this is to ask your music teacher, otherwise you are looking at a lot, a lot of reading!
You can read two of Charles Rosen's books, The Classical Style and The Sonata Form. There are sections that talk about Mozart in both of these books.
For biographical information, you can try Maynard Solomon's Mozart.
For interpretation of notation, the preface of Nathan Broder's Mozart Sonatas (published by Theodore Presser) is quite useful. In my opinion it's the best edition for Mozart sonatas. The preface will discuss many issues such as ornaments, appoggiaturas, etc..
These are pretty common books on Mozart that you should be able to get readily. Even if you are not doing research on Mozart, they are must-reads. Again, the most concise way is to speak to your teacher as he/she could explain each point succinctly and coherently.
