企鵝(Spheniscidae） 是一種不會飛行的鳥類，屬於企鵝目，企鵝科。主要生活在地球的南半球，目前已知全世界的企鵝共有十七種或十八種，其中四種生活在熱帶赤道，分別是漢堡特企鵝、麥哲倫企鵝、黑腳企鵝、加拉巴哥企鵝，皆屬於環企鵝屬；完全生活在極地的只有皇帝企鵝及阿德利企鵝兩種。
