我想寫封email, pls help
個email detail:
my client paid the deposit in the beginning, then we start work on this project, now they comfirm with what we done, therefore, they need to pay 10% of the total cost for our further action.. how to express this into a formal business email.

你可以咁寫:

We are glad to know that you are satisfied with the first stage of the ABC project.

Now, the second stage is ready to begin, before that we would like to have another 10% of payment, for total of $xxxxx.

We would be grateful, if you could inform us while the payment is ready.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

唔好意思, 漏咗:Dear Mr. xxxx or Dear Ms. xxxx or Dear Mrs. xxxx 如不太熟最好用番姓氏相稱.希望幫到你啦!
