Hence, building new infrastructures for and the greater use of existing resources in information technologies are of equal importance. We have to increase the momentum as to how information could be used with depth and breadth. Since the Internet is the backbone of information technologies, we shall use the Internet to play an important role in the integration, broadcasting, sharing and use of information.
