是 spatula 才對

"pot shovel" 是中文"鑊"+"鏟"的直譯. shovel 是挖泥用的鏟子, 英語人士不知道中文的"鑊鏟", 看見 pot shovel 還以為和挖泥有甚麼關係.
一般對廚藝冇乜講究嘅人,會將spatula 同egg lifter混為一談,。其實,spatula並唔係鑊鏟,嚴格來講,spatula 是用something like rubber with a little bit elastic做的,作用係用嚟攪拌材料炒(响碗入面),並不耐熱,所以唔係同隻鑊一齊用,亦唔係用嚟煎野炒野用的。西餐冇炒野, 只有sautee,sautee 呢種煮法,是唔用鑊鏟的。鑊鏟是用嚟把煎熟咗嘅野食從鑊中鏟出來而以,特別係煎蛋,所以會叫鑊鏟做egg lifter
