如何令肌肉變細啊?

本身唔肥伽...
但小腿就好粗,而且仲越來越粗
顯得好肥甘~~
有咩運動或者方法令到小腿d肌肉減小???
令只腳靚d阿??

如果你唔識 , 就唔好亂咁教人,害左人架




肌肉同脂肪係2種完全唔同既組織
係唔會有互相轉變既情況
所以有d人話 脂肪練實就會變成肌肉 or 唔做運動就會d肌肉變返做脂肪 係完全冇根據
唔會有咁既事
答返你想問既問題先
要肌肉mass變返細
可以減小做運動
唔好俾肌肉受到刺激
加上按摩就可以令肌肉變得較小
而緩步跑都可以令腳較slim

另外想問一問你
你本身有冇做開運動
因為肌肉粗大其實唔係咁容易既事
如果你本身冇乜運動既習慣既話呢
係冇咁易有肌肉架
如果係咁
你果d就好大機會係脂肪
要減脂肪只要做d帶氧既運動如緩步跑30大約分鐘到
就可以有燒脂效果

I am a bodybuilder and I have 5 years bodybuilding. To make big muscle small, u need to shape out your muscle which use light weights to do high reps. The good way to make your legs muscle smaller is play basketball. I talk for my own experience, I played football in primary school and my legs muscle is huge, but once I went to secondary school I switch from football to basketball. Now my legs are as skinny as my front arms.

ps: jogging also is a good exercise for legs

首先, 你要知道小腿越來越粗既原因~
否則只能治標不治本, 好快打回原形~

在停止其原因之後, 就可以對症下藥~
坊間有很多教人美腿瘦身的書籍,
你如果有心可以去各大書店睇下,
或者到圖書館都有好多相關既書,

至於最有效當然係做帶氧運動啦~
減肥之餘皮膚又會變得有光澤, 更有彈性~
所謂一分耕耘一分收穫, 道理十分簡單~
一切都睇你自己既決心同願意付出幾多~

以我既知識所知,肌肉係要變返做脂肪先減到
要停做運動或者做d唔會build up muscle的,另d肌肉變返做脂肪,then用返減脂肪既方法減就ok
