The recruitment for the post of CS Clerk should have been advertised in both Jui Jik and newspapers(用複數形是指多份報張), but the supervisor has advertised it only in Jui Jik.（only必須放在in Jui Jik前或之後，若放在advertised則是指出主任除了登廣告外，並沒有做其他事；而不是指他只登在招職裏，這點請你注意）

其實可以連the post of都省略，寫成：
The recruitment for CS Clerk should have been advertised in both Jui Jik and newspapers(用複數形是指多份報張), but the supervisor has advertised it only in Jui Jik.

煩請發問者澄清：究竟是要刊登CS Clerk招聘廣告在招職和報紙，主任招聘廣告只在招職，或是本來要刊登CS Clerk招聘廣告在招職和報紙，但主任只刊登CS Clerk招聘廣告在招職中。

CS Clerk 這職位要刊登在「招職」及報紙, 而主任只放在招職。
Advertisement for the post of CS Clerk must be put in both Jiu Jik and the Post, while that of the supervisor is to be placed only in Jiu Jik.

「招職」是「南華早報」(South China Morning Post) 屬下的刊物；如果你指的 ‘報紙’ 是「南華早報」, 英文便用 ‘Post’ (South China Morning Post 的簡稱), 如果是其他報紙, 便把 ‘Post’ 改為 ‘newspapers’。
如果你選用 advertisement 一字, 說 put in 或 place in 便可, 不必說 publish, 因為 to put/ place an advertisement in the newspapers 是最常見的用語。
‘while that of the supervisor’ 的 that 字是代替 ‘advertisement for the post’。英語經常以 that 字作 pronoun 指剛剛提過的人物或事情, 而中英兩種語文不同, 這句的 that 字令人清楚知道有關 supervisor 的是什麼。
