I believe the courses I studied at IVE did help me learn about this industry and it's background, beside, when I studied at IVE I did freelance project which improve the communication skills and experience.

For this freelance I need to communicate with customers and timing issue, orginally they gave 1 month time to finish, but changed to complete in 2 weeks, luckily we completed on time. From this experience, I understand the progress is very important, it also increase communication skills with customers, when problems arise we need to mention them not lead to delay it's progress.

Ans : In the last freelance, I need to talk with the customers myself. and there was a problem about the time limit. They gave us a month at first, and changed to 2 weeks suddenly, fortunately, we completed it in time. With this experience, I can learn that progress is important, and I have known more about skill of communicate with customers. We need to ask in time when we have questions, to avoid slowing down the progress.

3.)I believe I have a strong insight and knowledge over this industry and background when I finished my IVE courses. Furthermore, I have done some freelance when I was in IVE courses. Therefore, I know the techniques as to how to communicate with clients properly.

Q:What sort of trouble have you experienced during your freelance occupation?How did you solve the problem and what did you gain out of it?
4.)When I take this freelance, I have to make contact in person and communicate the issues such as time. Due to the change of time of accoplishment from 1 month to 2 weeks, we have finally finished just in time! Through this experience, I understand the progress is very important and increases my efficiency to communicate with clients. in addition, my communication skill has been improved. whenever I have problems I have to ask in order to avoid delaying from happening.
