你會唔會按咗直接購買呀？不過你有得番查你嘅拍買資料架！！其實你要小心Ｄ睇清楚，因為有Ｄ佢係一元起，但裏面介紹資料嗰到有時會寫明不是一元拍賣，分分鐘要幾百到千幾！我朋友試過一元拍賣，點知原來係一千六佰幾！！最後都冇要，同佢講己以為一元拍賣，跟住聲sorry囉！！！

其實你一勝出yahoo會send封信比你，封信會有資料的，應該會有你要比的價。你入去睇吓先，如果信裹都話你應比150元你就不要再比錢佢喇，一般賣家會收晒錢貨品先出門，如果你係已收到貨品，我覺得你唔使再過數比佢囉！

你嘅成交價係一元，就應該比一元就得啦，你出的最高價係150元，過冇人同你爭，所以你應該係已一元投得些物品，你已比咗150元未比多咗佢啦，可能佢見你唔係好識，比咗150元佢，佢未話係650元比你知等你比佢囉，我入去睇過拍賣品，得一個人叫價，每口價一元，所以比一元就得啦。你現在比多咗佢啦！呢Ｄ人唔老實，你唔好理佢，你想下，如果佢收唔晒錢，買差咁多，佢會比貨你嗎？？反轉你係賣家收唔晒錢你都唔會出貨啦！！！

但有些賣家都是一元起標,

但文中又沒說明清楚,

佢目的是你唔知頭唔知腦以為一元咁平,

拿拿聲下標,

你得標後就又話件貨是幾錢,

但你自己都會感覺人家沒可以真的一元都買的,


咁你就要在下標之前問清楚才好,.....

真的是一元給標佢都會買,(但下標者都應該問明是不是真的一元都買)

賣家若寫明 $ 1元起拍賣，直接購買要$650元，而你出價$150元到拍賣期完結，無其它人出價高於$150元，你就是這個拍賣的勝出者，賣家要尊重拍賣精神以$150元賣給你的，因直接購買價是不須要競投，我都試過這樣的事件發生，賣家 send E-mail 比我說sorry又話
弄錯價，其實係未到佢心目中的價錢，D人拍賣好心寫清楚拍賣價啦，又要慳個幾元拍賣廣告費

Well, theortically, buy can pay $150 for the auction item. According to the by-law or auction rules set by Yahoo, the final bidder / winner is the one who has the highest bid for an auction item that has no reserved price 拍賣底價 / 保留價.

Apparently, the seller 'mis-used' the 直接購買價 (or Buy-it-Now price). Buy it now price is an option to sell the item to the buyer who wants to pay that amount and get the item immediately. Buy-it-now price is different from Reserved price 拍賣底價 / 保留價. Reserved price 拍賣底價 / 保留價 states that the auction item will NOT be sold unless the final bidding price is equals to or higher than that.

Well, practically, if the seller is not willing to sell it out, the buyer has NO WAY to get it. Buyer can only file a complaint to Yahoo stating the complete story. Seller is subject to the penalty as he/she does not follow the Agreement (that he/she agreed to when he/she joined the Yahoo!Auction).

In this case, the SELLER is wrong. And the auction showed a Winner already.
