I suppose you will decide a survey to ask some shoppers at city super or wellcome.

Part I: Introduction, you can state that you are interested in finding out how the shoppers think of the store and you decided to do a survey. If you want to, you can add a little information about the history of city super or wellcome, their identity or image, their target markets, the market share of these companies, etc. And why you think it's an interesting topic. (not just because your teacher asks you to...)

Part 2: Methodology: Describe how the survey was done. A copy of the sample can be attached at the end as appendix one. Say whether you emailed your friends to answer, stand near the store and ask shoppers when they come out, ask people at an off site location, call people by phone, or other. Say how many surveys you gave out or how many people you asked, and how many completed results you got.

Part 3: Results: describe results. like: 40% of people use CS as their main grocery shop, 40% visits competitors such as Wellcome... People who haven't been there state their reason as: there is none close by where they live and work, they think price is too expensive... Compare to the competitors, CS has higher scores on cleaniness.. but lower scores on value...Better if you have some tables or graphics.

Part 4: Conclusion. a summary of part 3. If you want to, make some suggestions on how CS can improve.
