前兩種都是較強效的止痛藥
常用於嚴重痛症或骨科等手術後止痛用
但副作用是服後有睡意
也可能傷胃而需和胃藥同服
而且要小心不要服用過量

後者是抗血小板藥
用於冠心病或血管粥樣硬化
防止血塊形成阻塞血流而引起的組織疼痛和壞死

對不起第二種不是止痛藥而是控胃酸的胃藥配合上列的止痛藥或胃部不適時較常開

TRAMADOL 是一類嗎啡衍生的強效的止痛藥，多數用於較嚴重的痛症。
FAMOTIDINE 是一類抗組胺藥，主要用於胃潰瘍，抑制胃酸分泌，促進胃壁潰瘍處修復
CLOPIDOGREL 是抗血栓藥，老人多用此藥，目的是預防血管閉塞所造成的爆血管、中風等
