C6H12O6 → 2 C2H5OH + 2 CO2 + energy (in ATP)
this equation need enzyme to undergo
and the enzyme is come from yeast
yeast can undergo anaerobic respiration
which can break down glucose into ethanol and carbon dioxide
also, energy is released as heat and some stored as ATP
stored as ATP means to change ADP into ATP
when we need energy, we break down ATP into ADP and get the energy
yeast is a kind of living thing
it's not a simple compound
just like human
we can't tell what is its chemical formula

Yeast unbdergoes anaerobic respiration. They break down glucose into ethanol and carbon dioxide.

In this process, several energy is given out.

Yes, the energy will be given as heat. The Chinese name of yeast is called "酵母菌",a kind of micro-organism. It is used to decompose glucose or wheat in making ethanol or beer.

I am sorry that I am not understand your question, so just try my best to answer.Yeast 只係微生物,都係生物o既一種,如果話要有咩 compound, 佢應該含有唔同o既 protein o卦。
