個人經驗我認為由你望完黑板到你落筆抄野果一刻應該慢慢將頭太快放低
太快放低會導致小小頭暈
又或者
眼鏡既度數可能唔岩
又或者
可能新配既眼鏡你末適應
不過如果情況一路落去既話
我覺得你應該去睇醫生
