depend on how your put your Too much or Too many in a sentence.
For example:
I order too many Drinks...
I Drink too much...
For example:
I order too many Drinks...
I Drink too much...

too much 係 uncountable

Drinks is a uncountable noun, so should be "too much drinks" and you can say "too many kinds of drinks"
