Sorry about the complain from consignee. Kindly inform that we have taken immediately action to send out the bill of loading to you upon receiving the document from shipment document. As usual, shipping company could prepare the B/L to us on the following Morning after ETD. Anyway, we will request shippment company to ready the document on the date of ETD.

Please be advisd that we sent the bill of lading to you once we received from shiping company and normally they will send us document on every Monday. Anyway, we will take much care on this issue and push shiping company to send us bill of lading on etd.
