開餐廳。。。

i'm tired of starbuxks and pokxa and lots of other commercial cafe
my dream cafe is one that gives you the surreal "at home" feeling.
from the area where mugs are prepared to the area where snacks are put together, everything should be seen
as if you're just at home.
there shall be no waiters/cashiers/BOH/FOH, there'll just be a bunch of hippies putting together the perfect mug of late afternoon coffee to guests visiting their home.
not more than 20 customers at a time. around 2¬4 pax per "table"
no regular tables, but lazy couch with coffee table(good for2) or delicate coffee-mug stands (good for more than 2)
the shop should be themed
my personal favourite would be "Breakfast at Tiffany's" starring the respectful Audrey Hepburn. not too much expensive creations, just some posters, props, records from the time, classic stuff like old-style phones etc. be sure to play moon river always, together with other sound tracks from classic movies.

this is more than a business, it's an early retirement from the present.

按自己喜好取捨世界美食,何其舒適.

在太空開餐廳，到的人身家一定億億聲。

sorry.係政府許可的海上，要離岸的，但咐近要有無人小島，無樓，人少。通常呢d餐廳也是做假期，外國遊客、郵t、潛水人士，收入較高，較會享受的人士。但一定要注重環境保護，唔係你知後果。
