Give the IUPAC name for the compound C14H12 which reacts with ozone followed by hydrogen peroxide to give benzoic acid as the only organic product

The compound is 1,2-diphenylethene.Therefore, the ozonolysis of one mole of this compound can give two moles of benoic acid.

If zinc dust is added in this reaction to prevent formation of H2O2, then the products obtained will be 2 moles of phenylmethanal instead of benzoic acid.
