Weak acid problem

When diult hydrochloride acid (HCl), Diult sulphuric asid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3) react with the metal which high than lead(Pb) is E.S.C. will give off hydrogen gas in each the dilut form. But when they react with concentrate acid (HCl) (HNO3) (H2SO4) waht is the observation be?

metal + very dilute nitric acid → metal nitrate + hydrogen
metal + dilute nitric acid → metal nitrate + nitrogen monoxide + water
metal + concentrated nitric acid → metal nitrate + nitrogen dioxide + water

metal + dilute hydrochloric acid → metal chloride + hydrogen
metal + concentrated hydrochloric acid → metal chloride + hydrogen

metal + dilute sulphuric acid → metal sulphate + hydrogen
metal + concentrated sulphuric acid → metal sulphate + sulphur dioxide + water
