7.Buyer’s Flexibility
a.Buyer will pull Goods from the buffer inventory as needed based on actual production requirements.
b.In the event that the actual pulls of Goods do not match the Forecasted pull of Goods, Flextronics shall:
(i)For Standard Goods, Flextronics shall have no requirement to purchase or pull Goods.
