°°Also, My main concern is the transfer from Kyoto to Kibune. When we arrive Kyoto from Tokyo, it is 12:20 and the next train from Kyoto to Kibune is 12:23. Will the plantform of arriving Kyoto and Nara Line plantform close? Can we catch the train in 3 mins? PS We are 2 girls with backpack

Yes ar, we will use JR pass, so we cannot take Nozomi train. We know that it is faster but need to pay extra for taking Nozomi. Do you know how much we need to pay for Nozomi if we use JP Pass?
